Return-to-duty and SAP process

Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) evaluation, education, treatment, return-to-duty testing, and follow-up testing schedules.

An employer has a driver who is currently in a SAP-mandated follow-up testing program requiring one test this month. The driver is also selected for a DOT random drug test during the same month. Can the employer use the random test result to satisfy the SAP's follow-up testing requirement?
