Return-to-duty and SAP process

Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) evaluation, education, treatment, return-to-duty testing, and follow-up testing schedules.

A commercial driver has completed a SAP-recommended residential treatment program for cocaine use and has been determined by the SAP to be in successful compliance. The SAP provides a written report to the Designated Employer Representative (DER).
